Types of Flanges we offer
Slip On Flanges
Slip on flanges are rings that can be placed over the end of a pipe, with a flared face extending from the end of it by sufficient distance to apply welded beads to its inner diameter.
Threaded Flanges
Threaded Flanges look like Slip-Ons but one key difference is that threaded flanges have been bored out to match inside diameters of particular pipes; they can be used where welding onto pipe is not possible (like highly explosive areas).
Lap Joint Flanges
Lap joint flange is an assembly made up of stub ends where one or more segments have been added which may not come into contact with any substances inside the pipeline system.
Socket Weld Flanges
The socket weld flanges are only connected on the outside with one fillet weld and don't always work for critical services. They're mostly used for small-bore lines and minimize residual pressure at the weld root during welding metal solidification.
Blind Flanges
Blind flanges are produced without a bore and are used to close the ends of pipes, valves, and pressure vessel openings. They function as an obstruction for segments on pipes or nozzles that aren't in use.
Plate Flanges
Plate Flanges are often called flat face or Flat flange, as well as the gasket surface in plane same place that the bolting circle has. This type of plate is commonly found when mating parts use a casting process to form them together before adding nuts to secure it tightly.
